Welcome to the Copper Canyon and thanks for joining us here today to learn more about how to work with our fantastic customized packages.
Travel Agents are a highly valued commodity to us and we look forward to helping you build the best possible package to the Copper Canyon for your individual clients and groups.
Amigo Trails Travel is the only tour operator located inside the Copper Canyon with offices in both Mexico and the USA. Because of our unique position in the canyons, we are able to offer our clients, and Yours, the best itineraries since we live and work here daily. We are up to date on all politics, happenings and businesses/people in the Copper Canyon and know exactly where to send your clients, how to show them the best time and how to keep them safe wherever they travel with us.
We do NOT have set departure dates so this means you can book a trip anytime with us, without worrying about cancelations due to lack of clients, unfortunate dates that do not meet with your clients schedule or not having enough room for clients on a trip. You call the shots and tell us when your clients want to travel and we'll make it happen.
All our trips can be booked in one of two ways:
- Completely Independent, meaning hotels, train tickets and tours are pre-booked for clients in order to maximize the clients time best and show them the most but they do not have a dedicated tour guide with them constantly. This type of trip works best for free-spirits who like the structure of a reserved trip, but not the constant company of a guide.
- Fully Guided, meaning one of our Expert Guides will travel with them from start to finish on their trip in order to give them in-depth information about the history and culture of the canyons and Mexico in general. The client also receives one-on-one attention throughout the trip and constant companionship by an expert in the area. This type of trip works best for those interested in a more in-depth experience through the canyons and those who do not want to miss a moments detail.
We offer all Travel Agents a 10% commission on all bookings with a minimum of 2 people. This applies to all our set trips on our Trips page, as well as to any Customized Trip you wish to arrange with us on behalf of your clients. As always, for customized trips, we will work with you directly to ensure that the activity level, hotel standards and interest level of your client is met so that their trip to the canyons is what they always dreamed it would be.
**You must present yourself as a travel agent with proper credentials upon requesting a quote with us in order to receive our travel agent discounts. Travel agents may work with us in a number of different ways that will allow you to give the best service to your clients, using your documentation and brands or ours.
