More Information
We don't bother with a complicated scale of refunds or partial refunds here as it is just too confusing for even us to keep up with. Instead, we offer you a straight forward deal that is easy to remember.
Full Refund:
A full refund, minus the initial non-refundable deposit, will be given for all cancellations made 31 days or more before the scheduled trip departure date.
No Refunds:
No refunds are given, for any reason, if cancellations are made 30 days or less before the scheduled arrival date or trip departure date. There are no exceptions to this rule.
**We HIGHLY suggest all participants who travel with us purchase their own Trip Insurance.
Changes:
After deposit has been received, any changes requested will incur a $50USD per change fee. This fee covers the necessary paperwork and time to reconfigure an already booked and confirmed package.
No changes may be made to a prepaid travel package after the 30 day cancellation period has elapsed. No exceptions.
